Senior Consultant

Cáit joined PPL as a Senior Consultant from Deloitte’s Strategy & Operations Public Sector Health Group. She is an experienced consultant who has worked across a range of public-sector health and care projects; including in project and programme management, digital transformation, organisational re-design and strategy.

Prior to moving into consulting, Cáit worked as an Occupational Therapist in the NHS, Irish and Singapore healthcare systems. In addition to managing a clinical caseload, Cáit was also involved in quality and service improvement programmes in the UK, and change management within the acute sector in Singapore. As a clinician and consultant, Cáit has gained significant experience in strategic planning, service re-design, programme support and stakeholder engagement. Cáit is particularly passionate to use her clinical insights as an Allied Health Professional to improve the patient and staff experience of engaging in health and care services.

Since joining PPL, Cáit has worked with partners to support the NHS’s Global Digital Exemplar Blueprinting; as PMO for London’s Improvement and Transformation Architecture programme, bringing together organisations delivering regional transformation across the capital; and in a local authority setting to support evidence-based budget setting.

Cáit holds a BSc in Occupational Therapy from Trinity College Dublin and an MSc in Health Policy, Planning and Financing from the London School of Economics.
