Senior Projects Manager
Ellie joined PPL in January 2019 as a Senior Project Manager following a career as a senior logistics officer in the Royal Air Force.
Ellie’s broad skillset includes strong people, project management, data capture and analysis, strategic planning, implementation and risk management skills and expertise.
Ellie’s work with PPL has seen her work with clients at all levels across the health and social care system including hospital trusts, integrated care partnerships, GPs, local authorities, support agencies and charities: all to help identify, deliver and embed transformational change.
Ellie’s experience brings together a long and successful career in leadership outside of the health and social care sector with a background in organisational psychology and a focus on understanding how people think, feel and behave in large public organisations and systems. Her passion is supporting clients to better understand people, their motivations and individual differences, in order to improve outcomes through collaboration.
Ellie holds an MSc in Business & Organisational Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire and an MA in International Defence Studies from Kings College London.
She is certified in both PRINCE 2 and APMP, is a Chartered Manager Level 7 and has a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership. She is also NEO 3- Pi Level A & B qualified and TA 101 certified.
