Senior Projects Manager
Mark Brooker is a senior project manager who joined PPL in 2012. having previously worked in local government for over ten years in various research, policy development and project management related roles on behalf of the London Research Centre, the Greater London Authority and London Councils.
Since joining PPL Mark has been able to draw on his strong analytical and engagement skills to review processes and support the delivery of transformation in a wide range of local authority, NHS and VCSE settings. Notable examples include: leading on a project to help an integrated team of community health and social care professionals, to design and implement a system to support shared patient records; leading on a research project which reviewed the impact of different home care commissioning models; and assisting an acute trust with the delivery of their cost improvement programme.
Mark holds a BA in Politics & East Asian Studies from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
