Pippa Quincey

Pippa joined PPL as an Analyst, having worked in a digital marketing agency for three years.

There, Pippa managed over £5 million annual ad spend across multiple platforms and with a diverse portfolio of clients and sectors.

She is now working to apply her skills and experience to the public sector, supporting organisations to deliver improved outcomes, including through using analytical insights to support evidence-based decision making.

Pippa is an Independent Visitor (or ‘befriender’) to a foster child through the charity Action For Children and for the last six years has volunteered with the charity Campus Children’s Holidays, which provides week-long respite activity holidays to disadvantaged children in the Merseyside area, referred to the camp via their social worker.

Through this work, Pippa has seen the lasting impact something seemingly as small as a holiday can have for children with challenging home lives, with her experiences further solidifying her determination to support the improvement of children’s services in the UK.

Pippa holds a BA in Psychological & Behavioural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
