Rachel is experienced in working with local authorities, health and care systems and central government to co-design, shape and implement complex transformation programmes aimed at delivering better outcomes for people in a sustainable way. She is passionate about co-production with local people and bringing community power to public sector transformation.
She has been involved in facilitating the re-design of commissioning and delivering public services since joining PPL in 2017, including supporting local places to continue to deliver positive change while responding to and learning from the Covid-19 pandemic.
She has a BA from the University of Cambridge and is Prince2/Agile Practitioner certified. She has also completed PPL’s CMI-Accredited Management Consulting training programme.
