Rachel has three years of consulting experience gained in the public and third sectors.
At PPL she has worked largely on system integration and service redesign. This has included project managing a team of researchers creating a new practice model for children’s social care in Jersey, and providing in-depth modelling for the Isle of Man Health and Social Care Review.
Prior to PPL, she was selected for the graduate scheme at Cambridge University Press. Based in the project management department, she provided project support, project management and data analysis for five transformation programmes during the one-year scheme.
Rachel has a BA from the University of Cambridge and is Prince 2 Foundation qualified. She has completed several training courses in consulting skills since finishing formal education, including PPL’s CMI accredited consulting training programme.
