James, a non-executive director on PPL's board since 2008, is a barrister with a broad commercial practice, acting for multinational blue-chip companies ranging from financial services to international trade... -
Dr Katie Lansdell
Director for People and Purpose
Katie joined PPL as an Associate Director in September 2017 with a wealth of experience as a management consultant from across the big 4 agencies. She has worked for clients across Central & Local Government, Health and also in the private sector. -
Professor Paul Corrigan CBE
Chair, Advisory Group
Paul Corrigan gained his first degree in social policy from the LSE in 1969, his PhD at Durham in 1974 and has been appointed visiting professor of public policy at the University of North London since 1995. He is a former Special Advisor to No. 10 and whilst in government led the development of Foundation Trust. He has subsequently become a highly respected commentator on healthcare across the UK. -
Natasha Larkin
Head of Organisational Development
Natasha Larkin is PPL’s Head of Organisational Development and leads PPL Catalyst. Natasha has nearly 20 years’ experience across the public, private and charity sectors. Her experience spans the full learning and development cycle from scoping and identifying learning needs through to bespoke design, delivery, and evaluation of individual, team and organisational impact. -
David Segal
Associate Director
David is an experienced Manager with expertise in complex system change and system integration that focuses on co-producing change that delivers real outcomes. David joined PPL from Accenture’s Health and Public Sector Group, where he specialised in the delivery of large transformation projects. -
Toby Irving
Associate Director
Toby is an experienced Manager with a decade of experience in applying technical, analytical and core consulting skills to solve complex problems and deliver change. At PPL, Toby leads the Evidence Based Change team and has worked on a range of projects using analytics and evidence-based change to support the development of health and social care organisations. -
Vish Valivety
Manager
Vish Valivety joined PPL in 2014 as an Analyst and has since then been a part of a number of projects to affect change in both health and social. He combines a strong analytical background with a structured project management approach to help guide system leaders to work together to provide holistic solutions and improvised care for local residents. -
Iyoni Ranasinghe
Principal Consultant
Iyoni joined PPL as a Consultant in August 2017 after nine years in the NHS, having undertaken clinical training and working as a frontline clinician. Iyoni has a strong background in change management with in-depth firsthand experience of healthcare challenges, opportunities, policies and reforms. -

Mark Brooker
Senior Projects Manager
Mark Brooker is a senior project manager who joined PPL in 2012. having previously worked in local government for over ten years in various research, policy development and project management related roles on behalf of the London Research Centre, the Greater London Authority and London Councils. -

Reda Misghina
Consultant
Reda joined PPL as an Analyst. Before joining PPL, Reda has worked with a mental health charity as a researcher collecting data regarding housing and associated health outcomes within the deaf community. -
Titilayomi Adesanya
Consultant
Titi joined PPL as an Analyst after completing her Masters degree in Public Health at Imperial College London. She brings experience in quantitative and qualitative research and analytics. -
Adam Wall
Consultant
Adam joined PPL as an Analyst in August 2020 having completed his bachelor’s degree in History and Economics at New College, Oxford with First-Class Honours. -
Pippa Quincey
Analyst
Pippa joined PPL as an Analyst, having worked in a digital marketing agency for three years. There, she managed over £5 million annual ad spend across multiple platforms for a diverse portfolio of client industries. -
Rusne Zalnoraite
Analyst
Rusne joined PPL as an Analyst after completing a Master’s Degree in Eating Disorders & Clinical Nutrition at UCL. -
Holly Gatfield
Analyst
Holly joined PPL as an Analyst, having previously worked with senior stakeholders to develop strategies and project manage the delivery of complex opportunities across a range of sectors including life sciences, healthcare and the UK public sector. -
Anahita Bordoloi
Analyst
Anahita joined PPL as an Analyst after completing a Master’s Degree in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies at LSE, where she developed her research skills and expanded her academic knowledge base of social development challenges. She specialized in policy development and system-wide changemaking, as well as design, implementation, and evaluation of sexual and reproductive health programmes -
Jenny Sanderson
Analyst
Jenny joined PPL as an Analyst, having received a Distinction in her Master’s Degree in Health Psychology at UCL. Her MSc research focused on the impact the COVID-19 pandemic had on the quality of life and mental health of older people receiving care, developing her skills in quantitative data analysis and evaluation. -
Ken Yeung
Head of Finance and Operations
Ken joined PPL in 2016 and is our Finance and Operations Manager, previously a Senior Finance and Administration Senior Executive at the Hong Kong Tourism Board. He holds a degree in Information Systems with Business Management from Westminster University. -
Laura Walsh
HR Manager and Consultant
Laura joined PPL in May 2016 and is our HR and Office Manager. In previous roles she provided high quality human resources and recruitment services.Laura has a track record of improving and streamlining HR and recruitment systems and since joining PPL she has been working on improving operational processes, streamlining recruitment, induction and staff development.
