Office and Facilities Manager

Catarina Pires is an accomplished Office and Facilities Manager, with a wealth of experience spanning over two decades.  In addition to overseeing the main PPL office, she is also responsible for managing our new unit, the PPL Hub, which serves as a central space for fostering collaboration and innovation with wider local community groups and partners.

Her expertise includes efficient office operations, team management, data handling, and facilities coordination. Catarina’s dedication to maintaining a well-organised and productive workspace has proven invaluable to her roles.

Catarina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from U.A.L. Universidade Autonoma de Lisboa and an Associates Degree in Design and Applied Arts from Escola Basica e Secundaria Gil Vicente, Lisbon.
