Analyst

Flora joined PPL in June 2024 as an Analyst, after completing the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme as a General Management Trainee.

During the scheme, she completed internal placements within the community healthcare sector and an external secondment at an international consultancy firm under the Workforce team.  She is currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Leadership from the University of Birmingham and the University of Manchester on the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Programme.

As part of her strategic placement, Flora gained project management experience, working with multiple clinical teams across Adult’s community services in the Trust. She led the development of two successful business cases: a two-year pilot introducing a virtual reality pulmonary rehabilitation model focused on tackling increasing long-term respiratory diseases, and the implementation of the Community Nursing Safer Staffing Tool. Following this, she conducted training sessions and workshops to ensure the successful integration of the new rehabilitation model and effective use of the Tool in line with NHS England guidance.

Flora also gained operational experience as the Clinical Service Manager for the Children and Families 0-19 Community team which covered health visiting, school nursing and nursery nursing services across South-East Surrey.

Prior to joining the graduate scheme, Flora completed her bachelor’s degree in Law at UCL. Alongside core modules, she completed her electives in Company Law, Competition Law, Employment Law and Intellectual Property Law.
