Kiri is a management consultant who has successfully led several national-scale projects in health and care, with a particular passion for transforming NHS mental health and primary care services.
Prior to joining PPL, Kiri worked as an Associate and a Manager at Baxendale Advisory Limited, leading several major evaluations of national training programmes in perinatal mental health and peer support work for Health Education England (HEE). Kiri previously formed her own company Mentis Advisory Limited specifically dedicated to transforming mental health services.
Kiri trained as a consultant on the graduate scheme at KPMG, working closely with pharmaceutical and healthcare organisations, and also worked at Akeso & Company as the lead consultant for Pathology services nationally under Category Tower 8 Diagnostic Equipment and Consumables, developing national procurement strategies for the newly established NHS Supply Chain operation.
Kiri is a Trustee for the Brazelton Centre UK, a national charity dedicated to supporting healthy parent-baby relationships through understanding newborn babies’ communication.
Kiri has a BA in Physiological Sciences from Balliol College, Oxford University and an MSc with Merit in Neuroscience from University College London (UCL), and has been working part-time on a second Masters degree from UCL in Clinical Mental Health Sciences. She is a qualified Mental Health First Aider, with consulting training including at Ashridge Executive Education (Hult International Business) and at the Management Centre.
