Titi is a Senior Consultant with a wealth of experience in supporting large scale change and transformation programmes across the health and care sector. She is highly skilled in project management, organisational development, communications and analytics, as well as in successfully bringing these professional disciplines together.
Titi has worked on a range of service design and implementation projects at PPL, including with the London Ambulance Service developing their Integrated Urgent Community Response, and as part of the team responsible for Care Pathways Redesign with the Isle of Man Government. She often plays a key role in connecting diverse stakeholders, understanding their needs and helping to achieve real change, and is a core member of PPL’s organisational development practice.
Prior to joining PPL, Titi interned at PwC Nigeria, where she worked within their strategy team. This, alongside her background in Public Health, sparked an interest in pursuing a career in consultancy within the public sector. During her Masters, Titi worked on a project assessing the relationship between the structural and social determinants of disease and Tuberculosis in Colombia. Her previous voluntary work has included at Belmont Specialist School for children with physical and learning disabilities, at Appletree Court Care Home for older people living with dementia, and at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Titi holds a BSc in Biomedical Science and a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Imperial College London.
