The challenge
We worked with Bury Council to support delivery of the PSV programme over a six month period. The programme consisted of ten complex projects which required change management, programme management and project management support to successfully deliver.
Our approach
We built strong relationships and connections in the system in order to co-design a successful approach.
We provided a broad range of skills and expertise, including:
- Programme leadership and management;
- Advanced insight development and data analytics support;
- Stakeholder engagement and facilitation;
- Change management, including detailed risk, issue and dependency management;
- Project management across the ten projects;
- Programme assurance and reporting;
- Targeted problem solving and solution development.
