Natika is the HR and Employee Experience Manager at PPL providing maternity cover in Laura’s absence. She specialises in managing the full employee lifecycle, overseeing all day-to-day HR operations and administration, and ensuring a smooth employee experience throughout their journey.

Natika is an experienced HR generalist, joining PPL from Hitachi Rail STS UK. She brings a wealth of knowledge in HR processes, systems, and UK employment law and excels in managing recruitment, onboarding, and the ongoing development of teams. Her passion lies in championing diversity and inclusion, fostering an inclusive work culture where every employee feels valued and supported.

Natika is adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, at all levels of the organisation, ensuring that each member of PPL receives proactive support in their career growth, personal fulfilment, and individual wellbeing.

Natika holds a first-class bachelor’s degree in English Language and Linguistics from the University of Kent, a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster and is an Associate Member of the CIPD.
