Vish is a highly experienced associate director with a strong analytical background and a structured approach to project management.
Since joining PPL in 2014, he has worked with numerous system leaders to provide improved care for local populations, including on high-profile and complex system initiatives which bring together a wide range of stakeholders, best practice and innovation. His work on adapting international system integrator models as part of the NHS New Models of Care programme was recognised with an HSJ Award for System Leadership, and Vish has also been involved in supporting all five London Integrated Care Systems take forward their innovation and transformation priorities as part of our work with the London ICS Network.
Vish is PPL’s lead for Social Entrepreneurship, harnessing his IDEO certification in Strategic Innovation to help system leaders think differently and support VCSE partners to maximise their impact across the health and care system. He is an MSP Certified Programme Manager and has been a business mentor for X-Forces Enterprise, a charity that provides support to ex-service members and their families to help start and grow their own businesses.
Vish holds a B.Eng. (Hons) degree in Medical Engineering from Columbia University / University of Bradford and an MSc. Management (Merit) from Imperial College Business School, where he specialised in operational science and focused his thesis on improving healthcare systems through management science and decision-making.
